Does HyperIsle replace Android notifications?
No. HyperIsle renders an overlay from supported events and source actions. It does not cancel original source notifications.
Does HyperIsle sell data?
No. HyperIsle does not sell personal data. Third-party services such as Firebase, Google Play Billing, and AdMob process limited data for authentication, app integrity, purchases, ads, rewards, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
How are rewarded ads verified?
Rewarded Premium pass packages are hidden in the first release. If enabled later, credits are granted only after AdMob server-side verification reaches Firebase Functions and matches backend correlation data.

The AdSense sellers file is published at https://hyperisle.app/ads.txt, and the AdMob app sellers file is published at https://hyperisle.app/app-ads.txt.

Who we are
HyperIsle is an Android overlay utility for the package com.coni.hyperisle. This policy explains what the app accesses, what is processed locally, and what may be sent to backend services.
Data used on device
- Notification content and actions, when notification access is enabled.
- Accessibility and overlay state needed to show the island and react to supported gestures.
- Local settings such as source filters, theme choices, sizing, language, and privacy controls.
- System state signals such as battery, hotspot, Bluetooth, privacy indicators, torch, and supported live notifications.
Data sent to services
- Firebase Auth identifiers, entitlement state, reward stats, abuse-prevention signals, and diagnostics needed to operate the app.
- Google Play Billing purchase tokens for subscription verification if paid Premium is enabled and used.
- AdMob rewarded-ad SSV callback data if rewarded Premium passes are enabled later.
- Firebase App Check and Play Integrity signals for abuse prevention and backend protection.
How data is used
- To render overlay islands and route supported notification actions.
- To verify Premium subscriptions and developer-issued support access if those surfaces are enabled.
- To verify optional rewarded ads before granting credits or temporary Premium time if rewarded passes are enabled.
- To protect the app from fraud, trial abuse, reward abuse, and backend misuse.
- To improve reliability through diagnostics and crash-related signals.
Retention and control
Local settings remain on your device unless you export them. Backend records are retained as needed for entitlement, reward, billing, abuse-prevention, and legal purposes. You can revoke Android permissions at any time from system settings, though core overlay features may stop working.
Children and sensitive use
HyperIsle is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app to process content you are not allowed to access.
Terms of Service
By installing or using HyperIsle, you agree to these terms and to applicable Google Play terms.
License and acceptable use
HyperIsle grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app on Android devices you control. You must not reverse engineer, tamper with backend verification, automate reward abuse, bypass App Check or Play Integrity controls, or use the app in ways that violate law or platform rules.
Overlay behavior
Android overlays depend on device firmware, permissions, notification source behavior, and manufacturer restrictions. Some features may vary by device, Android version, region, app source, or system settings.
Purchases, rewards, and availability
Paid Premium subscriptions and rewarded Premium pass packages are not shown in the first release. If they are enabled later, paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing only, and optional rewarded ads do not guarantee availability or fill.
